2. Eligibility
- You must be 18+.
- You agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
- You’re responsible for your device and account activity.
3. Prohibited & Illegal Content
Zero tolerance. We remove and may report to authorities where required.
Absolutely not allowed
- Child sexual exploitation; sexualization of minors; grooming.
- Human trafficking, threats, incitement to violence, terrorism or extremism.
- Hate speech targeting protected characteristics.
- Non‑consensual intimate imagery (“revenge porn”).
- Buying/selling illegal drugs, weapons, stolen data or accounts.
- Doxxing, stalking, persistent harassment or bullying.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, sextortion.
- Malware, credential theft, or attempts to break our security.
Content with restrictions
- Adult content: explicit sexual content is not allowed. Keep chats PG‑13.
- Graphic violence: not allowed. News context only, without gore.
- Copyrighted media: share only if you have rights or it is fair‑use.
4. Safety Tools
- Block: hide messages and profile permanently.
- Report: use the in‑app Report button or the web form: Report Center.
- Privacy: adjust who can message you in Settings → Privacy.
- Screenshots: it’s OK to capture evidence for reports.
5. Reporting: what helps
Include as much as you can:
- User @username or profile link or post link.
- Time and timezone of the incident.
- Screenshots/video of messages or posts (no cropping if possible).
- Explain context briefly (what happened, any prior contact).
We keep reports confidential. False reports or abuse of tools may lead to restrictions.
6. Moderation actions & appeals
- Actions: content removal, warnings, temporary limits, feature restrictions, or account bans.
- Notice: we notify you in‑app or via email when feasible.
- Appeal: reply to the notice or email proyectoxapp.oficial@gmail.com within 14 days with context and any proof.
- Repeat violations: result in longer restrictions or permanent bans.
7. Account & data security
- Transport encryption (HTTPS) for data in transit.
- We don’t sell personal data. Limited internal access on a need‑to‑know basis.
- Protect your device; don’t share your account; use strong passcodes.

8. Scams, sextortion & impersonation
Watch for
- Requests to move off‑app immediately to unknown links.
- Money/gift card asks, crypto “investments”, “verification fees”.
- Threats to share intimate images (“sextortion”).
- Profiles pretending to be someone else (impersonation).
What to do
- Stop contact, take screenshots, Report and Block.
- Do not pay. If you’re under threat, contact local police.
- For hacked accounts: change passwords, contact support.
9. Self‑harm & emergency
If someone is at risk of harming themselves or others, call local emergency services immediately.
You can still submit a report so we can take action on‑platform.
10. Law‑enforcement requests
- We may preserve relevant records when we receive a valid request.
11. Privacy & data retention
- See our Privacy Policy for data collection and rights.
- We retain minimal logs to operate and secure the service, then delete or anonymize.
- You can delete your account in Settings → Account; we’ll delete data unless law or legitimate interests require limited retention.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we’ll notify you (in‑app or on this page). Continued use means acceptance.
